- Consent: By texting us, you agree to receive automated text responses from Lou's Donut Co. in response to your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiries. We reply only when you text us.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Truck locations and schedule
We do our best to keep our posted locations and hours accurate, but weather, sell-outs, mechanical issues, and other circumstances can change our schedule without notice.
Preorders and catering
Preorders and catering bookings are confirmed only once Lou's Donut Co. accepts them. Pricing, availability, deposits, and cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking.
Allergens
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, and nuts. We cannot guarantee any item is free of allergens.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lou's Donut Co. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our website or text messaging service.
